Public Events

Delivery Policy

All public events are live seminars/workshops. The locations are notified to individual participants in advance. The workshops normally run between 10am and 6pm

Booking and Payment

Bookings for events can only be made after a phone call or meeting with Mike Harris. Call 0208 439 8204 to schedule a meeting or phone call. Once a booking is made an invoice is sent within 48 hours giving full details of the timing of the event. Payment is due no later than 7 days before the first day of the event takes place and can be made by cheque, direct bank transfer or credit card. Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise specified by a signed  contract, you can cancel a booking at any time up to 9am on the first day of the event and a full refund will be made within 7 days.

Complaints and Refunds

We are not obliged to refund any payments once an event has been attended .If you have a complaint about the event please email details of the complaint to info@findyourlightbulb.co.uk and we will seek to resolve it within 10 days. If we are unable to do so to your complete satisfaction we may (without obligation) offer a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Private Events, Speaking Engagements, Consultancy

Terms and conditions for these events are covered by individual contracts , negotiated at the time of booking. Payment terms, cancellation, refund and complaint procedures are specified in the contracts. Payment for these events is by cheques or direct bank transfer.Credit and debit cards are not accepted.
